Surrounding Area definition

Surrounding Area means an area within one thousand five hundred feet of an existing or previously removed UST system.

More Definitions of Surrounding Area

Surrounding Area means any land or water adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Designated Operating Area and the air and water generally above the Designated Operating Area, and includes an affected site within the meaning of that term as defined in the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 (WA).
