Work Program Development. The CONSULTANT may be required to assist staff in the development of the Five Year Work Program. This work may include fund and equity analysis, review of the Work Program for duplication of projects, inconsistencies, completeness and correctness. This may also include the preparation of maps and presentation material, distribution of Work Program, assistance at meetings and/or public hearings, research on specific issues and any other activities related to the development of the Work Program that may be required.

Work Program Development. Under the direction of CSMFO’s Board, develop work programs in support of CSMFO’s mission. Each work program element will be presented to the CSMFO board for approval and include an analysis of staffing and funding.
Work Program Development. Within three (3) months of executing this MOU, the LOCAL PARTNERS will agree upon a work program for completing the HCP/NCCP (the “Work Program”). This Work Program will include major project milestones, a timetable for completing each milestone, and the estimated costs and funding for completing the work associated with each milestone. Each LOCAL PARTNER shall strive to comport with all elements of the Work Program.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by XXXXX shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the XXXXX Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • WORK PROGRAMME 1. The Parties shall enter into discussions on:

  • Project Development a. Collaborate with COUNTY and project clients to identify requirements and develop a project Scope Statement.

  • Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.

  • Work Products Grantee shall provide CalRecycle with copies of all final products identified in the Work Plan. Grantee shall also provide CalRecycle with copies of all public education and advertising material produced pursuant to this Agreement. WORKERS’ COMPENSATION/LABOR CODE

  • Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.
