Work and Days Off. 24. All trading of runs and days off is a privilege granted by the Union and the District and may be cancelled at any time. (Both parties must agree.) The two parties entering into a trade will do so voluntarily. Once approved, filling the trades are solely the responsibility of the two parties. (Three way trades are not an option). The District is not obligated with regard to record keeping, scheduling the payback substitution, work schedule changes, or overtime expenses.

Work and Days Off. 2324. All trading of runs and days off is a privilege granted by the Association and the District and may be cancelled at any time. (Both parties must agree.)
Work and Days Off. The provisions of this Article may be modified at the request of two-thirds majority of the employees concerned together with the approval of Local Management and the Union Local. Prior to implementation, such modifications must be approved by the parties at the National Level. There shall be eighty (80) hours of work per fourteen cycle. The cycle shall begin at one minute past midnight on Mondays. The schedule shall consist of a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of ten (IO) days of work per cycle. The number of consecutive days of work without time off may not be less than two (2) days or more than ten days.

  • Overtime Lieu Time Where an employee has worked and accumulated approved overtime hours (other than overtime hours related to paid holidays) such employee shall have the option of electing payment at the applicable overtime rate or time off equivalent to the applicable overtime rate (i.e. where the applicable rate is time and one-half then time off shall be at time and one half times.) The foregoing shall also apply in cases of short term leaves of absence for Union business approved by the Employer under the applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement where payment is made to the employee by the Union. Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of sixty-five ($0.65) per hour for each hour worked between hours Friday to hours Sunday or such other forty-eight (48) hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, will not receive weekend premium under this provision. The weekend premium shall increase seventy cents ($0.70) effective eighty cents ($0.80) effective April I, and eighty-five cents ($0.85) effective October ARTICLE -ALLOWANCES

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property.   • Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO).
