Three way. Agreements: For purchases in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor must agree to be a party to a written agreement between the Eligible Entity, the Contractor, and the Software Publisher containing negotiated terms relating to the software and/or services as described in ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Section 3.2.11. 1. The Purchase Order Form attached hereto as Attachment G may be signed by both the Software Publisher and the Contractor in satisfaction of this requirement. a. The contract language set forth in Section 3.2.11.1 may be modified based on the requirements of the Eligible Entity. Additionally, a separate agreement between the State of Vermont and the Software Publisher shall satisfy this requirement. b. This requirement is not applicable to Additional Purchasers.
Three way means Three Way Logistics, Inc., its employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, assigns, affiliated companies, related entities, including, but not limited to, any subcontractors Three Way hires to fulfill any of the obligations it owes under its contracts with the customer.

  • Following the signing of the Three- way Contract, CMS and the State must agree that an FIDA Plan has passed readiness prior to that FIDA Plan accepting any enrollment.

  • Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.
