Weekly Scheduling. Existing employees may, from time-to-time, reduce their availability, or work less hours in a week. This will not prevent them from accessing more hours in the future, as more regular hours become available. Any change in an employee’s availability must comply with Section 6.01 [Hours of Availability].

Weekly Scheduling. The scheduled cycles would be 2 weeks alternating schedule, rotating from days to midnights over the “off” weekend. The implementation of 7/24 would start on a 7 a.m. Sunday period. When beginning the process, two crews would work one week and then go to a two-week rotation, the other two crews would start with a full two-week rotation. The rotation from days to midnights and vice versa occurs over the weekend scheduled off as in the attached continuous operations schedule. When exiting the continuous operations the final day shift would end on Saturday at 7 p.m. and the midnight shift would end on Sunday at 7 a.m.

When exiting the 6-day schedule, the final day shift would end on Saturday at 7 p.m. and the midnight shift would end on Sunday at 7 a.m. An employee working on this 6-day operation will not work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless agreed upon by the Company and the Union.

Scheduled Payment Dates must be prior to any late date or grace period. Depending on the method of payment, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited prior to the Scheduled Payment Date. For example, if the selected method of payment is a draft, the draft arrives earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date due to expedited delivery by the postal service, and the Xxxxxx immediately deposits the draft, your Eligible Transaction Account may be debited earlier than the Scheduled Payment Date.
