Water Fee. For each ton of [ ] yuan, the water meter that has been verified by the local water supply department shall be installed by itself, as a valuable tool for the use of water by Party B during the lease period. Party A will receive a water fee notice at the rate of [ ] yuan per ton from the personnel. The water fee will be adjusted according to the national water fee price and the unit price of the water fee will be adjusted accordingly.

Water Fee. In buildings in which there is only one water meter, you will not put the water in your name but instead pay an additional $25.00 per month (per person) , which is based upon average usage. Those buildings are as follows (52 X. Xxxxx, 106 X. Xxxxx, 000 X. Xxxxx apts 1W, 2E, 2W and 5, 000 X. Xxxxx, 406 X. Xxxxx, 000 X. Xxxxx, 509 ½ X. Xxxxx, 619 X. Xxxxxx, 000 X. Xxxxx, 713 S. Sixth, 624 S. Fifth, 0000 X. Xxxxxxxxx). In all other buildings the Lessee is responsible to set up water in their name for the full term of the lease, unless Lessee and Lessor have otherwise agreed at the top of this lease or in a lease addendum that the Lessor is responsible for the water. Failure of lessee to transfer water into their name will result in an additional fee of $25.00 monthly for each xxxx that Lessor pays on behalf of the Lessee.
Water Fee. Each resident named above shall make a $14periodic payment contemporaneously with the rental installments for water and sewer use during the term of this Lease. This fee is per individual occupying the Unit. At no time shall the number of periodic water fees be less than the number of bedrooms in the Unit.

  • Utilization Fee If the aggregate outstanding amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Advances hereunder and (ii) all "Revolving Credit Advances" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement exceeds thirty-three percent (33%) of the aggregate amount of (x) all Commitments hereunder and (y) all "Commitments" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement then in effect on such date (or, if any of the Commitments or "Commitments" have been terminated, the aggregate amount of all Commitments and "Commitments" in effect immediately prior to such termination), the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders a utilization fee (the "Utilization Fee") at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Utilization Fee Rate in effect from time to time payable on the aggregate outstanding amount of all Revolving Credit Advances on such date, payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December, and on the Revolver Termination Date.

  • Broker Fee Neither party is obligated to pay any premium or other charge, brokerage fee or commission in connection with the agreements set forth herein. Each party will indemnify the other and hold it harmless from any such claim arising out of such party's acts or those of its representatives.

  • Utilization Fees (i) If on any day the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans to the Borrowers plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding exceeds the product of (A) one-half (1/2) times (B) the Revolving Loan Commitment, each Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the pro rata benefit of each Lender, a per annum fee equal to the Applicable Percentage for Utilization Fees multiplied by such Borrower’s outstanding Loans plus the L/C Obligations then outstanding (the “Utilization Fees”).

For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gross Revenue” shall mean all gross collections from the operations of the Property, including, without limitation, rental receipts, late fees, application fees, pet fees, damages, lease buy-out payments, reimbursements by Tenants for common area expenses, operating expenses and taxes and similar pass-through obligations paid by Tenants, but shall expressly exclude (i) security deposits received from Tenants and interest accrued thereon for the benefit of the Tenants until such deposits or interest are included in the taxable income of the Company; (ii) advance rents (but not lease buy-out payments) until the month in which payments are to apply as rental income; (iii) reimbursements by Tenants for work done for a particular Tenant; (iv) proceeds from the sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the Property; (v) insurance proceeds received by the Company as a result of any insured loss (except proceeds from rent insurance or the excess of insurance proceeds for repairs over the actual costs of such repairs); (vi) condemnation proceeds not attributable to rent; (vii) capital contributions made by the Company; (viii) proceeds from capital, financing and any other transactions not in the ordinary course of the operation of the Property; (ix) income derived from interest on investments or otherwise; (x) abatement of taxes, awards arising out of takings by eminent domain and discounts and dividends on insurance policies; and (xi) rental concessions not paid by third parties.
