Fee Notice definition

Fee Notice means the amount the Requester will need to pay in order for the School to comply with the request for information.

Fee Notice is defined in Section 4.2 (Change to Subscription Fees).

• Each Retained Liquidation Professional shall submit its Retained Liquidation Professional Fee Notice to the Liquidating Trustee five (5) days prior to the Liquidating Trustee Billing Date.
