Transfer of Contract. If ownership of the Property changes during the Coverage Period, you must notify the Company promptly, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the Property is transferred, at (000) 000-0000, in order for this Contract to be transferred to the new owner. This Contract is assignable by the Company without consent.
Transfer of Contract. If your covered property is sold during the term of this Contract, you have the right to assign this Contract provided that you notify Company of the change in ownership and must submit the name of the new owner by phoning (000) 000-0000 to transfer coverage.
Transfer of Contract. The Customer is not entitled, without the prior written consent of the Supplier, to transfer its rights and obligations under this contract to another party. The Supplier is entitled to transfer all or parts of this contract to another party.
Transfer of Contract. Neither party may, without written consent of the other party, transfer all or part of rights or obligations to the third party.
Transfer of Contract. This Contract is personal to you and you may not transfer your account or any of your rights and responsibilities under this Contract without our written Contract. For business reasons we may transfer any of our rights and responsibilities under this Contract without your permission.
Transfer of Contract. 20.1 The Provider shall not transfer, assign or sub-let the Contract or any part thereof to any person without the written permission of the Council which may be given or withheld at their absolute discretion.
Transfer of Contract. If the Covered Equipment is sold or given away before this Contract expires, this Contract is transferable by the Buyer by bringing the Contract in to a Fry’s store, completing and signing the bottom portion of the Contract, and paying a $25 transfer fee. If the Buyer sells, gives away, or otherwise ceases to be the owner of the Covered Equipment without following this procedure, this Contract shall immediately terminate.
Transfer of Contract. During the term of this contract, Party A may, by notifying Party B, transfer all its rights and obligations under this contract to its affiliates, provided that the transferee shall inherit and perform all rights and obligations of Party A's contract under this contract. .
Transfer of Contract. If the Pledge passes to a third party (being a successor or permitted assign under the Security Documents), the parties hereto agree in advance to a transfer of the contractual rights and obligations hereunder to such other entity by way of transfer of contract (contractsoverneming) within the meaning of section 6:159 of the Dutch Civil Code (to the extent that these do not pass by virtue of operation of law).
Transfer of Contract. Unless otherwise stipulated in contract or agreed upon by both parties through negotiation, either party shall not transfer any right and obligation of both parties stipulated in the contract to the third party without written consent of the other party. Any transfer without written consent of the other party shall be null and void.
