Visitors Register. The Operator should maintain a routine maintenance register to record day-to-day complaints of the visitors and also the general complaints relating to site and common areas noticed by Operator. The Operator shall open and maintain a Visitors Register for recording of complaints by any person. The availability and access to such Visitors Register shall be prominently displayed by the Operator at the employees and visitors Entry & Exit of the facility, so as to bring it to the attention of all persons who are exiting and entering the Facility. The name of the Operator/ Promoters shall also be displayed prominently at the employees and visitors Entry & Exit point. Also the Operator has to put sufficient number of complaint and suggestion boxes in the facility areas so that the visitors / commuters can drop their complaints and suggestion at any point of time. All the complaints and suggestion from these boxes will be listed down in the visitor register. The Visitors Register shall be securely bound and kept in proper custody by the Operator. Each page of the register shall be duly numbered and each complaint recorded therein shall also be duly numbered. Soon after a complaint is registered the complainant shall be given a receipt stating the date and complaint number, which the complainant may refer to in subsequent correspondence or claim. The visitors register shall have appropriate columns including but not limited to complaint number and date, name and address of the complainant and the action taken by the Operator thereon. The Operator shall inspect the visitor’s register two times a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and take prompt steps for redress of the grievances stated in each complaint. The action so taken by the Operator shall be briefly noted in the “Action Taken” column of the visitor’s register. A suitable format for Visitor Register is given in Annexure - 2 of this section. The Operator shall send a copy of the visitor’s register to the PHTPB. The resister/ report shall be submitted to the PHTPB for any calendar month within 7 days of the next calendar month. If PHTPB finds that the complaint is not being redressed properly then the PHTPB may in its discretion direct the Operator to take such further reasonable action, as he may deem appropriate for a fair redressal of any grievance.   • Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry.   • Transfers of Registered Notes 2.1 Transfers of interests in Registered Global Notes Transfers of beneficial interests in Registered Global Notes will be effected by Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and, in turn, by other participants and, if appropriate, indirect participants in such clearing systems acting on behalf of transferors and transferees of such interests. A beneficial interest in a Registered Global Note will, subject to compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory restrictions, be transferable for Notes in definitive form or for a beneficial interest in another Registered Global Note of the same series only in the authorised denominations set out in the applicable Final Terms and only in accordance with the rules and operating procedures for the time being of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.
