Abuse Registry definition

Abuse Registry means the registry maintained by the Department of Health which contains the names of persons who have abused, neglected, exploited, or misappropriated property of a vulnerable person as defined in T.C.A. 68-11- 1002(8). The registry is established by T.C.A. 68-11-1001, et seq.
Abuse Registry means a computerized listing of nurse aides certified under 907 KAR 1:450 and home health aides who have had a final order issued by the Secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services substantiating resident or patient neglect, abuse, or misappropriation of a resident's or patient's property, or who have failed to request or perfect an appeal following a preliminary determination of resident or patient neglect, abuse, or misappropriation of a resident's or patient's property.

Examples of Abuse Registry in a sentence

  • The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living.

  • The Grantee will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living.

Related to Abuse Registry

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • National Registry means the National Registry of Practising Lawyers established under the National Mobility Agreement;

  • Certificate Register The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).

  • Registry System means the system operated by Registry Operator for Registered Names in the Registry TLD.

  • National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;

  • the register means the register of members of the company;

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • Land Registry means the Land Registry of England and Wales.

  • Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.

  • First Source Register means the DOES Automated Applicant Files, which consists of the names of District of Columbia residents registered with DOES.

  • Certificate Register and Certificate Registrar The register maintained and the registrar appointed, respectively, pursuant to Section 5.03.
