Violation of Rules and Regulations. The Residence Life Office may terminate this agreement if the resident is found to have violated rules or regulations listed or referred to in this agreement. Disciplinary dismissal from the University or University housing will subject resident to forfeiture of the advance deposit. If the contract is terminated for disciplinary reasons any time during the academic year, resident may not return to University housing the following academic year.
Violation of Rules and Regulations. Violations of these regulations by the exhibitor, employees, or agents will cause Exhibitor to forfeit the right to occupy space and such exhibitors will forfeit to the conference all money they have paid. Show management may re-enter and take possession of the space and remove all persons and goods at the exhibitor’s expense. Any damages incurred by Show management to the exhibit will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor expressly waives the service of written violation. These rules and regulations become a part of the contract between the Exhibitor and the Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues and HR Houston.

The university may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice if you are found to have violated a rule or regulation referred to under Section 3, YOUR OBLIGATION. Such termination must be in accordance with the provisions of the DISCIPLINARY ACTION section of this agreement. In all cases where a student is removed from the halls due to conduct reasons, the $125 prepayment will be forfeited.

If the contract is terminated as a result of disciplinary action brought by the Xxxx of Students at any time during the academic year, resident may potentially not be allowed to return to University housing the following academic year.

Violation of this Agreement or any Rules of the Event and regulations governing the Event, Sponsor/Exhibitor may be prohibited from sponsoring/exhibiting at the current year’s Event forfeiting payments and the Sponsor/Exhibitor may be prohibited from sponsoring at future events. This list of actions is not exhaustive and does not in any way limit available remedies provided in other provisions of this Agreement or by law or equity. No delay by the Event Organizer in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by the Event Organizer of any other right, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise of any other right, power or privilege hereunder.

The university may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice if you are found to have violated a rule or regulation referred to under Section 4, “Your (the Resident’s) Obligation.” Such termination must be in accordance with the provisions of Section 18, “Disciplinary Action” of this agreement. In all cases where a student is removed from the halls due to conduct reasons, the student will be responsible for the full payment of the housing and meal plan contract.
Violation of Rules and Regulations. AIRLINE agrees to pay on behalf of the County any penalty, assessment or fine issued against the County, or to defend in the name of the County any claim, assessment or civil action, which may be presented or initiated by any agency or officer of the federal, state or county governments, based in whole or substantial part upon a claim or allegation that the AIRLINE, its agents, employees or invitees, have violated any law, ordinance, regulation or rule or directive described in Article 13 above or any plan or program developed in compliance therewith. This provision as to AIRLINE’s liability hereunder shall survive the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.
Violation of Rules and Regulations. Reasonable rules and regulations may be posted from time to time by PEAK FITNESS and all membership agreements shall be subject to strict compliance therewith. Failure by members to so comply shall permit PEAK FITNESS to revoke such membership, such revocation to be effective upon notice to member. Obligation of payment per membership agreement, however, shall remain in force.
