Value Added Services/Products. Proposer should address ordering/customer service capabilities and dispute resolution process. Proposers should also identify and address their company standards of communication as they relate to contract performance, issue management, and change management. An issue is an identified event that, if not addressed, may affect schedule, scope, service, delivery, quality, or budget.   • Value Added Services 7.1 The Customer may order Value Added Mobile Services and Company may accept or decline such orders.

  • Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor.
