Pricing and Discounts. 3.1 The prices and discounts for Services applicable to this Agreement are detailed in Schedule 1, and shall be applicable for the duration of the initial term set forth in Section 6 unless otherwise amended as provided for below in this Section 3.2. The discounts shall not be combined with promotional discounts as may be available from time to time from UUNET. An Eligible Participant may elect, at the time of any order for Services, the applicable discount set forth in Schedule 1 or the terms of any promotion then in effect. In either event, the discount or promotion shall only be available if Eligible Participant agrees to the standard terms and conditions applicable to such Service and commits to purchase that Service for a minimum one year term or such longer term as may be specified in the applicable Service Agreement.
Pricing and Discounts. The price for all Products is set forth in the F5 Price List. Partner will receive a discount based on the specific F5 Partner Program that Partner participates in and Partner’s Minimum Purchase Requirement as further described in PC. Any changes to price or discounts shall apply to all purchase orders received after the effective date of such price change; provided, that F5 shall honor any fees quoted in valid, unexpired, formal written price quotations provided by F5 to Partner in connection with specific transactions between Partner and an End User, as long as such price quotations have an expiration date within thirty (30) days of the initial quotation date provided that Partner notifies F5 of such quotation (including providing a copy of such quotation) within ten (10) days following the notice of price change. Price decreases shall be applied immediately to pending orders accepted by F5 but not yet shipped. Partner’s failure to meet its Minimum Purchase Commitment will allow F5 to terminate the Agreement for cause pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.2 of the Agreement or adjust Partner’s Partner Level (including discounts and pricing) to reflect its actual purchase volume. Unless otherwise specified in the F5 Price List, all prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, tariffs and duties. Partner shall set its own prices to be paid by End Users. Prices for different countries may differ, therefore, Partner is required to specify in its order the country of delivery within the Authorized Territory to ensure proper pricing. If Partner misclassifies an order, F5 shall be entitled to any additional fees that should have been paid in connection with such misclassified order. Recurrent misclassifications shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement.
Pricing and Discounts. Contractor’s stated prices and discounts approved and agreed to with NASPO and by the Participating State under the Master Price Agreement are considered to be the minimum discount offered. The Contractor may offer, within written quotes, a greater discount than the approved minimum discount for volume purchases or for competitive reasons.

Thus, the “after discount” price for the various service elements will be as specified in the table below: *** These discounts will be applied in accordance with the following schedule: *** Confidential treatment requested. *** The parties further agree that the invoices for Services to be provided pursuant to the MSA will reflect both the “pre-discount” and “after discount” prices. Finally, the parties agree that that the discounts herein contemplated will be applied in accordance with the table above even though the terms of the Discounts for Equity agreement have not yet been finalized; provided, however, that if such terms have not been finalized by September 1, 2012, such discounts will be suspended until such time as the final agreement between the parties has been executed. Payment for services shall be made on the last day of the month prior to the month in which the services are to be rendered. In the event that any payment is not received by the due date, HNS may, at its option, immediately terminate services as of the first day of the next following month. Should HNS terminate service, HNS will terminate Row44 related space segment agreements with *** and HNS makes no representation about its ability to re-secure space segment or restart services at a later date.
Pricing and Discounts. (i) The list prices for Equipment provided to Purchaser may be updated from time to time by Company upon three (3) months prior notice by publication or direct communication of such changes.

OEM may acquire Licensed Products under this Agreement at the prices included in TARANTELLA's published TARANTELLA price list (TARANTELLA price list is available at the TARANTELLA website located at: http://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/tarantella.html), less the discount set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement (or, as applicable, at the per unit price set forth in such applicable exhibit). Except to the extent expressly stated otherwise in Exhibit A, TARANTELLA reserves the right at any time to (i) add Licensed Products to, or delete Licensed Products from, the TARANTELLA list price and/or such applicable exhibit and/or, (ii) increase or decrease prices on the TARANTELLA's published price list. Product deletions and price changes become effective upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to OEM. Orders requesting delivery after the effective date of a price increase will be charged at the increased price.
Pricing and Discounts. Distributor shall purchase/license the Products at the prices and at the applicable discounts set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Xxxxxxxxxx reserves the right to revise the End User U.S. Price List, at its sole discretion, and to publish new price schedules from time-to-time, provided that: (i) Xxxxxxxxxx provides Distributor with thirty (30) days prior written notice of the prospective price revision, and (ii) that all Purchase Orders submitted by Distributor during this thirty (30) day term will be accepted at the pre-revised price level. Xxxxxxxxxx further agrees that the prices charged to Distributor shall not exceed the prices charged to any other Distributor in the same or essentially similar circumstances. Distributor is free, at its sole discretion and business judgement, to set any price on the resale/sublicensing of the Products to its Authorized Dealers.
Pricing and Discounts. Prices are in USD (U.S. Dollars [$]) and, unless explicitly noted, do not include taxes or tariffs, which are Partner’s responsibility. Partner acknowledges receipt of GroupLink’s current Product Price List for Partner’s Assigned Geography. Partner agrees that GroupLink may revise and circulate its Product Price List from time to time. Until qualified for higher discounts, Partner shall be entitled to purchase GroupLink Products at 90% of GroupLink’s list price, as outlined on the Product Price List for Partner’s Assigned Geography. Partner may qualify for higher discount amounts (on a month-by-month, quarter- by-quarter, or year-by-year basis), at which time such qualification will be confirmed in a separate document from GroupLink, stating the “discount qualification period, and signed by GroupLink’s President. Prices are exclusive of, and Partner is responsible for, all sales, use, and like taxes, as well as duties and similar charges. When GroupLink has the legal obligation to collect such taxes or charges, the appropriate amount shall be added to the invoice and paid by Partner. All prices are FOB GroupLink, Bountiful, Utah.
