Validity Period of the Agreement. 8.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its signing by the Parties and is valid until 31.12.2019, but in any case until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations. 9. MISCELLANEOUS 9.1. All messages related to changes in essential conditions and early termination of this Agreement must be made in writing and must be sent by registered letter or delivered by courier using contact details specified in this Agreement. Other messages related to the fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement, the Parties shall send each other in all available forms. 9.2. When changing payment details, legal or actual address, the Party must immediately inform the other Party regarding this within 5 (five) business days. 9.3. Validity Period of the Agreement. Parties shall ensure the implementation of the Project during the period from ____.___.201_. until __.__.20__. (in compliance with the deadline prescribed by Paragraph 31 of Cabinet Regulations No. 50). Parties shall have the right to amend and amplify the Additional Agreement through a prior mutual agreement in writing. Amendments to the Additional Agreement expressed orally shall not be valid.
