Vacation Entitlement Carryover. At the end of each calendar year an Employee may carryover up to two (2) weeks of unused vacation time to the next calendar year. This vacation time may be used at any time within the next calendar year.

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

Sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) days. A part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or injury the employee shall be entitled to claim sick leave at her regular rate of pay for a maximum period equivalent to her accumulated sick leave credit.

  • Holiday Pay Entitlement To be entitled to receive a paid holiday, an eligible employee must be in payroll status on the normal work day immediately preceding and the normal work day immediately following the holiday(s). Payroll status shall be defined as follows: actually working, on paid vacation, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, or on a paid leave of absence. Any eligible employee who dies on a holiday or holiday weekend shall be entitled to be paid for the holiday(s).

  • Carryover Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 6, no adjustment shall be made to the number of shares of Common Stock to be delivered to the Warrantholder (or to the Exercise Price) if such adjustment represents less than 1% of the number of shares to be so delivered, but any lesser adjustment shall be carried forward and shall be made at the time and together with the next subsequent adjustment which together with any adjustments so carried forward shall amount to 1% or more of the number of shares to be so delivered.
