Common use of Vacation Entitlement Carryover Clause in Contracts

Vacation Entitlement Carryover. At the end of each calendar year an Employee may carryover up to two (2) weeks of unused vacation time to the next calendar year. This vacation time may be used at any time within the next calendar year.
