Vacation Earning for Partial Years. (a) (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one quarter (1¼) days for each month for which he/she earns ten (10) days pay.

Vacation Earning for Partial Years. (a) During the first partial year of service, a new employee shall earn one-twelfth (1/12) of the annual entitlement for each month in which the employee has received at least ten (10) days’ pay at straight- time rates. Probationary employees will earn vacation during the probationary period, but will not be entitled to schedule vacation leave until the completion of the probationary period.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation.
