Uniforms and PPE. The parties recognize the need for its physical plant field employees to have a professional appearance and to be provided with the necessary equipment and tools to carry out the functions of the jobs as directed by the College. The College shall provide, maintain and replace as needed, all uniforms and required personal protective equipment for its physical plant field employees.
