Work Gloves. The Company shall choose and provide work gloves as appropriate for the work function. The Company shall provide two (2) pairs of gloves per Monday to Sunday period to each employee scheduled to perform work during that period. Gloves that are no longer suitable for use, for any reason, will be replaced on an exchange basis. The company will provide suitable latex or non - latex gloves, to be worn under work gloves, on an as requested basis.
Work Gloves. The Board shall furnish, at Board expense, work gloves for all of the maintenance men and custodians when requested. Work gloves will be replaced on a trade-in basis.
Work Gloves. Each employee required to wear gloves to perform their duties shall be supplied with one pair of work gloves, which should be turned in when worn out or damaged to the point of replacement. Lost gloves are replaced at employee’s cost. Additional gloves will be supplied at employee’s cost.
Work Gloves. Gloves are required when handling materials. For proper glove selection, review the appropriate MSDS or contact your competent supervisor. Specific Work Gloves shall be worn when handling material with sharp and/or rough edges to prevent cuts or punctures as directed by your competent supervisor. FINGER RINGS, WRISTWATCHES, and OTHER JEWELRY impose a potential hazard. All workers shall be trained about such potential hazards. Safe practices shall be enforced by your competent supervision.
Work Gloves. The Company shall provide all work gloves in the appropriate sizes at no cost to the employees. The selection of gloves provided will be at the discretion of the Company. Employees will be expected to turn in damaged or worn gloves in exchange for new ones. Failure to return damaged or worn gloves will result in a payroll deduction for the replacement cost of the gloves.
Work Gloves. The Company shall supply appropriate work gloves to employees requiring them for the performance of their duties on an as-needed basis to a maximum of two pairs of gloves per month. Old gloves must be turned in before new ones will be issued. Winter- weight gloves will be provided to employees whose duties require them to occasionally work outside.
Work Gloves. E. The Township agrees to pay employees who are required to maintain foul weather gear, after their third complete year of employment, and every three complete years thereafter, an additional $75 for replacement foul weather gear. Said payment will be made to the eligible employees within 60 days of the eligibility date. This paragraph shall be effective as of January 1, 2002.
Work Gloves. The Town agrees to provide two pair of work gloves annually for all employees in the bargaining unit. Choice of gloves will be at the sole discretion of the Town.
Work Gloves. An allowance of fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour worked will be provided to workers who are not being provided with work gloves pursuant to clause 29.01 above, in order that they may purchase work gloves. Contractors will make gloves available for purchase by workers at the same price as the contractor’s cost. The cost of gloves purchased from the contractor will be deducted from the worker’s next pay cheque. The above allowance is intended to approximately off-set the cost of two (2) pairs of gloves per week of the quality normally purchased by reinforcing contractors at the average contractor’s bulk purchase price.
Work Gloves. The Company will provide employees with work gloves, on a replacement basis, as required, provided the employee turns in his old gloves. The Company will consider legitimate exceptions.
