Uniforms and Grooming. 14.6.1. The Contractor shall follow the guidelines set forth in Contract Attachment E and Attachment H. The State reserves right to review uniform components. FPOs shall wear same color and style of uniform and maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times.

Uniforms and Grooming. Employees shall be identified in a manner and form prescribed by the General Manager or designee. Field personnel designated by the General Manager or designee shall be furnished uniforms, at the expense of the District, which identify them as employees of Eastern Municipal Water District. District furnished uniforms are to be worn only during an employee's District related working hours; such uniforms are not to be worn while engaging in any non-District related activities. Hair is to be maintained in a neat and safe manner, in a style which will permit the safe use of hard hats as necessary. Also, if an employee's duties might require their presence in the proximity of rotating or reciprocating moving parts of machinery, hair shall be cut or safely controlled to avoid the possibility of it becoming tangled in such equipment. Employees with beards who are required to wear respirators in the course of performing their duties may be required to shave off the xxxxx to assure that the respirator will fit properly and provide a tight seal; may be referenced in the Uniform Policy.
Uniforms and Grooming. Class A – Dress Uniforms All employees are required to have a Class A - Dress Uniform in their possession. New employees must acquire the Class A Uniform no later than ninety (90) days after completion of their Probationary period.   • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.

The City will pay the uniform allowance in the payroll that includes September 1 of each year. Represented employees must be on duty status or approved leave on each September 1 to be eligible for the uniform allowance. Any eligible employee hired on or after March 1 will receive fifty percent (50%) of the uniform allowance that year.

  • Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.

Uniforms shall not be used for off-duty activity by the employee.

  • Grooming The parties agree that the agency shall have the right to set reasonable and professional grooming standards for its employees. The agency and state agree to consult with the Association in the development of said grooming standards.
