UNIFORM PATROL. The Compressed Work Week Schedule is not intended to reduce a member’s regular salary nor to increase a member’s premium pay. The terms of the Collective Agreement shall be conformity with this principle. Article shall be amended for those officers on Compressed Work Week Schedule to provide for an average work week of hours over the period of the Compressed Work Week Cycle. The hour shifts and the rotation of Day Tours, Afternoon Tours and Nights Tours of Patrol Officers shall continue as set out in Schedule attached hereto. If the Schedule results an officer working less an average of hours per week (including a minute paid lunch period in each tour of duty) over the period of the Cycle, the officer is required (but not necessarily during the course of each Cycle) to make up such time by attending training sessions or performing other police duties as required or, upon mutual consent prior to November the option to deduct from the compensation at the discretion of management. Each hour so spent shall be considered as one hour worked to make up for hours paid for but not worked during any Cycle. If insufficient hours are worked as make-up time by November in any year, the hours not worked but paid for be charged (i.e. debited) to the Any debit shall be discharged by the officer by crediting overtime or court time
UNIFORM PATROL. Uniform Patrol is required for all event rentals. The fee for police detail is $120.00(4 hour minimum). Any additional time at $30.00 per hour. The Lessee is responsible for this fee to be paid to St. Helena four weeks in advance so that the Lessor can reserve the police detail.

  • Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. The County shall determine the place where such clothing shall be cleaned and make disbursements directly to the contract cleaner(s).

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.

  • WORK UNIFORMS Employees who are required to wear uniforms as a condition of employment shall be furnished such uniforms by the Appointing Authority. Proper maintenance of uniforms is an employee responsibility unless they are currently maintained by the Employer or unless required by statute or other regulatory agencies because of contamination (see Article 22). Uniforms shall not be used for off-duty activity by the employee.

  • Extended Medical Leave A teacher who is unable to teach because of personal illness or disability and who has exhausted all available sick leave shall be granted leave for up to one (1) year. Any request for this leave must state the probable date of return and be accompanied by a verifying physician's statement. If the leave was granted as a result of a work related injury the employee may request and shall be granted a one (1) year extension of this leave. Before returning, such teacher must submit a physician's release. To be eligible for an extended medical leave of absence, an employee must have been actively employed on paid status with APS a minimum of one contract year immediately prior to the leave start date. All intermittent medical leaves will be addressed according to FMLA regulations.

  • Extended Health Plan (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for the extended health care plan that will cover the employee, their spouse and dependent children, provided they are not enrolled in another plan.

  • Cultural Leave Where such leave is approved by the employer, teachers participating in recognised cultural activities within New Zealand or outside New Zealand are entitled to leave with pay on the same conditions as for sports leave.

  • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.

  • CULTURAL LEAVE FOR ABORIGINAL EMPLOYEES The Superintendent of Schools or their designate, may grant five (5) paid days per year leave with seven (7) days written notice from the employee to participate in Aboriginal Cultural event(s). Such leave shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Family and Medical Leave (FMLA FMLA leave shall be granted pursuant to applicable law.
