Uniform Benefits. Employee shall receive uniform benefits as set forth in Employer’s manual for executive employees, such benefits to include but not be limited to personal time off, holidays, retirement benefits and health insurance benefits. EMPLOYER RESERVES THE RIGHT UNILATERALLY TO AMEND ANY AND ALL PARTS OF THE EMPLOYER’S MANUAL FOR EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

Uniform Benefits. 11.1 Effective January 1, 2016 and during the term of this Agreement, Dex One Service, Inc. management benefits applicable to the Company, including those listed below, will be provided to employees covered by this Agreement and their dependents, as applicable, in the same manner as they are provided to the Company’s management employees as they may change from time to time.   • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • Health Benefits The method for determining the Employer bi-weekly contributions to the cost of employee health insurance programs under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) will be as follows:

  • ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

  • Compensation Benefits In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Compensation Benefits Etc During the Employment Period, the Manager shall be compensated as follows:

  • Plan Benefits Each year, prior to the annual enrollment period, EMPLOYEES will receive Enrollment information that will outline the benefits offered next calendar year. Information relative to specific health insurance benefits and limitations will be updated regularly and contained in the SPD. In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement and the SPD, the District's SPD shall control.

  • Compensation/Benefit Programs During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.

  • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services, payment of club dues, and, if applicable, use of an automobile and payment of related expenses, in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
