Travel other than by air. (i) The Secretary may approve a mode of travel other than by air; in such case, the employee will be entitled to: • payment of Motor Vehicle Allowance in accordance with Clause B.3.3 where the travel is by private motor vehicle; and • where travel is by other than private motor vehicle, the entitlement is the lesser of: • reimbursement of the costs reasonably incurred; or • the amount the employee would have been entitled to be reimbursed had the travel been by air.

Remote Locality Additional Recreation Leave Eligible employees working in a Remote Locality will accrue additional Recreation Leave, based on the formula at Clause Q.1.1(ccc) and the figures prescribing the additional Recreation Leave for each location detailed in Column 2 of Table 12 and Table 13. On application from the employee, the department will cash out the additional Recreation Leave subject to the employee having 12 months continuous service in the APS and retaining a Recreation Leave balance of at least four weeks; this can only be accessed once per calendar year during the life of this Agreement (refer Clause 34.17).

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract.   • Travel Status Employees eligible for relocation expenses pursuant to Section 1 shall be considered to be in travel status up to a maximum of ninety (90) calendar days and shall be allowed standard travel expenses, by mutual agreement of the Appointing Authority and the employee, either to: 1) be lodged at their new work station and to return to their original work station once a week; or 2) travel between their original work station and their new work station on a daily basis.   • TRAVEL COSTS (a) All travel incurred by SELLER in the performance of this Contract is included within the Contract price and shall not be separately reimbursed by LOCKHEED XXXXXX unless such travel is expressly authorized in writing in advance by LOCKHEED XXXXXX’x Procurement Representative.
