Actual cost of transportation by public conveyance (plane, limited to coach class) shall be paid. Air travel shall (if possible) be planned in advance in order to acquire the best prices available. The government shall utilize the Joint Travel Regulation Per Diem (lodging and meals and incidental expenses) when evaluating fair and reasonable pricing. Any pricing outside of these rates should specifically addressed and explained. The Contractor shall not apply a markup for profit/fee to the proposed travel costs

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal.
