Transfer to Another Job. Changes in Essential Working Conditions Transfer to another job at the same enterprise, institution or organization, as well as transfer to another job at other enterprise, institution or organization or in other locality, however together with enterprise, institution or organization, shall be allowed only by consent of the employee, except for the cases prescribed by Article 33 of this Code, as well as in other cases prescribed by legislation. Transfer of the employee to another workplace at the same enterprise, institution or organization, to another structural subdivision in the same locality, commitment to work with other mechanism or plant within speciality, qualification or office stipulated in labour contract shall not be considered to be transfer to another job and shall not require employee's consent. The owner or authorized by him/her body shall not be entitled to transfer employee to the job which is against medical advice for health reasons. In view of changes in production and labour organization the essential working conditions may be changed when continuing working on the same speciality, qualification or office. The employee shall be informed about changes in essential working conditions – systems and amounts of remuneration of labour, benefits, schedule, establishment or cancellation of part-time work, combination of jobs, changes in categories and denominations of offices, etc within at least two months thereto. If previous working conditions may not be preserved, and the employee does not agree to continue working in new conditions, labour contract shall be terminated in accordance with clause 6 of Article 36 of this Code.

Transfer to Another Job. After an employee referred to in Section 2 of this Article has exhausted the employee's seniority rights and is still scheduled for layoff, the Division Executive for Human Resources and the Business Manager of the Union shall review the employee's case and shall make every effort to place the employee on a job which the employee can satisfactorily perform. The Division Executive for Human Resources and the Business Manager shall not be bound by the Seniority and Bidding Procedure provisions of this Agreement in order to accomplish that result and they shall, if possible, place the employee in a classification within the employee's capabilities which carries a rate closely approaching the employee's regular rate. They shall also determine, without being bound by any other provision of this Agreement, the seniority rights of the employee, and whether and to what extent the provisions of Section 3 of this Article shall apply.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.

In addition to the duties of an RN2, an employee at this level will perform the following duties in accordance with practice settings and patient or client groups: Duties of a Clinical Nurse Consultant will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Nurse Manager and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff and patient/client education; staff selection, management, development and appraisal; Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care;  Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of patients or clients with complex nursing care needs, in a particular area of nursing practice within a practice setting;  Coordinating, and ensuring the maintenance of standards of the nursing care of a specific group or population of patients or clients within a practice setting; and  Coordinating or managing nursing or multidisciplinary service teams providing acute nursing and community services. Duties of a Nurse Manager will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others Including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Educator, particularly in the areas of action research and quality assurance programs;  Staff selection and education; allocation and rostering of staff;  Occupational health;  Initiation and evaluation of research related to staff and resource management;  Participating in policy development and implementation;  Acting as a consultant on request in the employee’s own area of proficiency (for the purpose of facilitating the provision of quality nursing care);  Being accountable for the management of human and material resources within a specified span of control, including the development and evaluation of staffing methodologies; and  Managing financial matters, budget preparation and cost control in respect of nursing within that span of control. Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to:  Providing leadership and role modelling, in collaboration with others including the Clinical Nurse Consultant and the Nurse Manager, particularly in the areas of action research;  Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs;  Staff selection;  Implementation and evaluation of patient or client education programs;

  • Transfer Format Transfers may include, but are not limited to, conversion of all Data into or from an industry standard format or providing application programmable interface. ENCRYPTION Data must be encrypted at all times unless specifically outlined otherwise in the Authorized User Agreement. At a minimum, encryption must be carried out at the most current NYS Encryption Standard (NYS-S14-007), (or successor policy with key access restricted to the Authorized User only, unless with the express written permission of the Authorized User. All Data in transit must be handled in accordance with ITS Policy NYS-S14-007 (or successor) or the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Federal Institute Processing Standard (FIPS)-140-2 or Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1, or TLS2 (or successor). The Authorized User Agreement shall specify the respective responsibilities of the Authorized User and the Contractor for the encryption of Data.

  • Registered Nurses Requests for a different shift in the nurse's present unit should be submitted to the nurse's immediate supervisor in writing. Requests for transfer to another unit should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website. A good faith effort will be made to facilitate lateral transfers from one unit to another. The nurse's length of service shall be a consideration on transfer to a different shift or unit. Applications for promotions should be submitted on the University’s Employment Website during the period of official posting. Promotional openings will be posted for a minimum of seven calendar days in the unit, the Nursing and Outpatient Clinic Administrative Office and the Medical Centers Human Resources Office.

  • Assignment or Subcontracting The terms, covenants, and conditions contained herein shall apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of the parties. Furthermore, neither the performance of this Contract nor any portion thereof may be assigned or subcontracted by Contractor without the express written consent of County. Any attempt by Contractor to assign or sub-contract the performance or any portion thereof of this Contract without the express written consent of County shall be invalid and shall constitute a breach of this Contract.

  • ASSIGNMENT/SUB-CONTRACTING The Contractor agrees that he will not sell, assign or transfer this Agreement or any part thereof or interest therein without the prior written consent of the Owner.
