Training and Development Assistance. (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for 100% of the tuition for job-related courses related to the employee's present position or career development. Tuition fees for approved courses which lead to a diploma or a degree may be reimbursed in the amount of 75%.
Training and Development Assistance. Employee Initiated: The Employer encourages employees to pursue professional and personal development through a tuition refund program. Permanent full time Employees taking courses reasonably related to their employment and who have received prior approval will be reimbursed 50% of the cost of tuition and related books to a maximum of $750 per calendar year upon successful completion of the course(s) inclusive of the ATPL. Employer Initiated: Employer initiated training will be provided at the Employer’s expense (subject to Article 16.6) and the Employee is required to participate fully therein.

Related to Training and Development Assistance
