Traffic/Roadway Capital Improvement Program Fees. Based upon the current adopted Capital Improvement Program, the Project is estimated to generate $1,765,618 in roadway impact fees. The Project shall be entitled to fee credits for construction of traffic/roadway improvements as follows:  the West Xxxxxx Boulevard and Xxxx Xxxxx Way, and West Xxxxxx Boulevard and Risling Court Intersection improvements ($255,800 and $1,429,450, respectively);  Street Frontage and Median landscaping improvements on West Xxxxxx Boulevard between Risling Court and State Highway 113 ($830,700); and  widening the southbound California State Highway 113 off-ramp at Xxxxxx Boulevard based upon pro-rata fair share contribution to impacts ( %) as calculated by the traffic analysis contained in the Final EIR, in the amount not to exceed $ .

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
