LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS definition
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS shall include but not be limited to living plants (i.e. trees, shrubs, sod, etc.), natural features (i.e. rock, stone, mulch, etc.), and structural features (i.e. irrigation systems, rails, fences, benches, retaining walls, playground equipment, fountains, etc.) as depicted on the Approved Plans for the Property.
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS means the landscaping features depicted on the attached Exhibit B.
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS means the addition of trees, irrigation and groundcover within the bedding areas of Main Street (Hwy 377) street frontage per the specifications of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ UDC landscape requirements.

LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS means the addition of trees, irrigation and Bermuda sod along the constructed trail and Rufe Snow Drive street frontage per the specifications of the Town Center Zoning landscape requirements. Landscaping Completion Date means the date as of which the Landscaping Improvements have been made by the Grantee and the City has inspected and accepted the said Landscaping Improvements, which shall be no later than, December 31, 2014.
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS means the plants, screening and related landscaping improvements as identified on the approved Final Landscape Plan, Landscape Maintenance Plan and Landscape Maintenance Calendar for the Property (jointly referred to herein as the “Landscaping-Related Plans”), which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS means and refer to such landscaping as Declarant or a Builder may install in portions of the Property and convey to the Association or as the Association may install in portions of the Property.
