Performance Improvement Process definition

Performance Improvement Process means the process for resolving certain of the Contractor’s Defaults as set out in clause B14.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
