Performance Improvement Process definition

Performance Improvement Process means the process for resolving certain of the Contractor’s Defaults as set out in clause B14.
Performance Improvement Process means the process for resolving certain of the Provider’s Defaults as set out in clause F9 (Performance Improvement Process).
