COST ESTIMATE Xxxxxx Consultants will prepare the EIR for the Hyatt Hotel project for the City of Paso Xxxxxx, in accordance with our proposed scope of services, for an estimated fee of $83,000. Attachment 2 with this letter provides a breakdown of costs by major work item. Up to two working meetings (one meeting subsequent to the ADEIR submittal, and another subsequent to the public review period) with City staff and a kickoff meeting are included in this proposal. We have assumed that the consultant team will meet with City staff prior to each milestone and upon conclusion of City review of administrative draft products. Xxxxxx is available to attend additional meetings or hearings on a time-and-materials basis, in accordance with the standard hourly rates shown in Attachment 3. Depending on staff and preparation time, attendance at each meeting or hearing would cost in the range of $700 to $1,000 per Xxxxxx staff person attending. All aspects of this proposed scope of services and associated costs are fully negotiable to meet the needs of the City of Paso Xxxxxx.
