Traffic Lights. Owner, at its sole cost and expense shall be responsible for the installation of any required or anticipated traffic signal lights as set forth in Schedule 2 (Special Terms). However, the City will reimburse Owner up to $350,000 , which must only be specifically used for traffic signalization and other intersection improvements at IL Route 251 and Xxxxxxx Road, as approved by the Illinois Department of Transportation. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive the expiration of this Agreement.
