BID Area definition

BID Area means the area within which the Company operates the BID;
BID Area means the precise geographical area which is to be managed and operated by the BID Company and as detailed in the BID Proposal, shown in the map at Part 4 of the Schedule;
BID Area means the area of Bradford where the Company operates; "Board" means the board of directors of the Company;
