Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2 The representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2 shall reply in writing to an employee's grievance within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the grievance at Step 2.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2 The Employer's designate at Step 2 shall reply in writing to the Union within 14 calendar days of receiving the grievance at Step 2.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2 The Head will reply in writing to an employee's grievance within 10 school days of the meeting referred to in Article 10.4(b).
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2 Within 21 days of receiving the grievance at Step 2, the representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2 and the designated union representative will meet to examine the facts, the nature of the grievance and attempt to resolve the dispute. This meeting may be waived by mutual agreement. The representative designated by the Employer to handle grievances at Step 2 will reply in writing to an employee's grievance within 30 days of receiving the grievance at Step 2. Where the grievance concerns a disciplinary matter, the reply at this step will include a report of the Step 2 meeting and the results of investigations carried out by the Employer with regard to the facts and nature of the grievance. In such cases, Clause 8.7(b) will not apply. The report will not be introduced as evidence at any arbitration proceeding.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2 Within seven calendar days of receiving the grievance at Step 2, the union xxxxxxx and the employee's supervisor or designate may meet to examine the facts, the nature of the grievance and attempt to resolve the dispute. This meeting may only be waived by mutual agreement. The employee's supervisor (or designate) shall reply in writing to an employee's grievance within seven calendar days of the above noted meeting with the union xxxxxxx or, if the meeting is waived, within seven calendar days of the date the parties agree to waive the meeting.

Time Limit to Reply at Step. 3 The Chief Executive Officer shall reply in writing to the grievance within thirty days of receipt of the grievance at Step 3.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 3 The Administrator shall reply in writing to the grievance within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the grievance at Step 3.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 2–The Department Manager or Personnel Manager shall reply in writing to the Union xxxxxxx with a copy to the Area Staff Representative within ten (10) days of receiving the grievances at Step 2.
Time Limit to Reply at Step. 3 The Executive Director shall reply in writing to the local Staff Representative within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Union's Step 3 presentation.
