TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. The date for completion of the work is not later than calendar days after the effective date of this Agreement.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. All Work shall be completed no later than June 1, 2019, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No work shall be commenced prior to ENGINEER’s receipt of the COUNTY’s Notice to Proceed. All work shall be completed no later than December 31, 2014, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No work shall be commenced prior to the Consultant’s receipt of the District’s Notice to Proceed. All work shall be completed no later than , unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the District’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the Consultant’s receipt of the County’s Notice to Proceed. All Work shall be completed no later than the dates listed in Exhibit C, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the County’s Director of Public Works, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined at the discretion of the County’s Director of Public Works to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced on a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from City's Engineer to Contractor. The Contractor agrees to complete this work within that number of consecutive calendar days set forth hereinabove in Section 1(b) from the date of the Notice to Proceed. In the event that the Contractor fails to complete the work within said deadline; the Contractor agrees to become liable for any and all liquidated damages that are imposed by the City pursuant to the provisions hereof.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Work Order and Notice to Proceed. All Work shall be completed per the Provisions of the Work Order, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions. The Contract term shall be two (2) years from its effective date, unless extended by contract amendments.

All Work s hall be completed no later than January 31, 2014, pr ovided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County, which said extens ions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement we ather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discr etion of the Director of P ublic Works of San Xxxx Obispo County to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the ENGINEER’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. In addition, no work shall be commenced on Task 11.0 as described in Exhibit A prior to the ENGINEER’s receipt of a separate Notice to Proceed from the DISTRICT for this particular task. All Work shall be completed no later than twelve (12) months from the date on which this Agreement is signed by the DISTRICT provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works of San Xxxx Obispo County to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
TIME FOR COMPLETION OF WORK. No Work shall be commenced prior to the CONSULTANT’s receipt of the DISTRICT’s Notice to Proceed. In addition, no work shall commence on Task 2.3 (Preliminary Subsidence Assessment) or on Task 6 (Supplemental Analysis and DWR Response), until the CONSULTANT receives separate Notices to Proceed for each such task from the DISTRICT’s Project Manager. All authorized Work shall be completed no later than October 31, 2018, provided, however, that extensions of time may be granted in writing by the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works or designee, which said extensions of time, if any, shall be granted only for reasons attributable to inclement weather, acts of God, or for other cause determined in the sole discretion of the DISTRICT’s Director of Public Works or designee to be good and sufficient cause for such extensions.
