Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, therein referred to as the Vendor and Xxxxxxx Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, represented by its Chairman Sri Someraj Mukherjee and its Secretary Sri Xxxxxx Xxxx, therein referred to as the Purchaser and registered with the Additional District Sub Registrar Behala being No.11363 for the year 2008, the said Vendor sold, granted and conveyed and conveyed ALL THAT piece and parcel of land measuring 2 Cottahs 3 Chittaks 25 Sq. ft. same a little more or less situated in the District of South 24 Parganas, Police Station and Sub Registry Office at Behala, Xxxx No. 119, Mouza – Sahapur, X. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires.
