Vice-President of Eur-Opa Agreement , Representative of San Marino Republic LETTERA DI INTENTI (Accordo di Paestum) Paestum, 22 gennaio, 2020 A seguito della riunione congiunta dei Corrispondenti Permanenti e dei Direttori dei Centri Specializzati dell’Accordo EUR-OPA del Xxxxxxxxx d’ Europa (Parigi, 5-6 novembre 2019), in cui i rappresentanti di San Marino hanno proposto di valutare progetti che prevedono un'ampia collaborazione dei Partner di EUR- OPA, riflettendo le intenzioni dell'Accordo EUR-OPA e in quest’ ottica è stato presentato il progetto della Disaster International School. Allo scopo di discutere il progetto proposto, è stato organizzato il meeting a Paestum (21-23 gennaio 2020), dove un gruppo di rappresentanti selezionati ha avuto l'opportunità di discutere la struttura preliminare e gli obiettivi della Scuola. I rappresentanti degli Stati membri di EUR-OPA (Federazione Russa, Ucraina, Slovacchia, Malta, San Marino) sono stati scelti tra un gruppo più ampio di Stati membri di EUR-OPA xxx xxxxx espresso l’interesse per questa iniziativa. По итогам встречи постоянных корреспондентов и директоров специализированных центров Совета Европы, участников договора EUR-OPA (Париж, 5-6 ноября 2020г), представители Сан-Марино(CEMEC) предложили к рассмотрению проекты, подразумевающие широкое сотрудничество между партнерами EUR-OPA и отражающие намерения договора. Был представлен проект создания DisasterInternationalSchool. С целью обсуждения данного проекта была организована встреча в городе Пестум (21-23 января 2020г.), где группа избранных представителей имела возможность обсудить предварительную структуру и цели школы. Из стран-участниц договора, выразивших интерес к данной инициативе были выбраны представители 5 стран (Российская Федерация, Украина, Словакия, Мальта, Сан- Марино). К данному письму прилагается протокол прошедшей в Пестум встречи. Таким образом, участники выразили единодушное мнение о необходимости тесного сотрудничества в рамках данного проекта, (как в рамках, так и вне рамок договора EUR-OPA) и подчеркнули ценность проекта для самого договора.
