Registry Office definition

Registry Office means the office from time to time established under Applicable Mortgage Law for the registration, filing or similar recording of the Mortgage, and which includes a record or records of the Land and interests (or some of the interests) therein.
Registry Office means the appropriate registry of deeds, land titles or other land registration office from time to time established under Applicable Laws for the registration, filing or similar recording of this Mortgage.
Registry Office shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.03.
