TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS. By becoming a supplier to Imperial College London, the supplier is bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document which therefore form part of the agreement (the "Agreement") between Imperial College London and the supplier for the supply of goods/services (as applicable). The supplier is required to agree to these terms before supplying goods/services to the College.
