Standard Term. Application support services are subject to this Agreement’s terms and timely payment of all Undisputed Fees. Subject to the section 3(c) (Termination for Cause) notice and cure provisions, Yardi may suspend application support ser- vices if Client fails to timely make any Undisputed Fee payment.

B. Lobbying Activities The Contractor certifies the following:
1. No federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf of the undersigned, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer of Congress in connection with the making of any federal grant, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension, renewal, amendment or modification of any federal grant, or cooperative agreement;
2. If any funds other than federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with this Federal grant or cooperative agreement, the undersigned shall complete and submit Standard Form- LLL, “Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying,” in accordance with its instructions.
Standard Term. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Option ------------- shall be valid for a term commencing on the Grant Date and ending 10 years after the Grant Date (the "Termination Date"). ----------------

Standard Term. Twelve (12) month term from start date of August 1, 2019. All invoices payable no later than 30 days after invoiced. This agreement shall be automatically renewed at the expiration of the standard term, and on August 1, of every year there-after, unless either Company or Partner gives notice to the other of its desire to end the agreement 30 days prior to the expiration date.
Standard Term. This agreement will become effective December 18, 2019 and end December 18, 2024 unless extended by the parties.
