Term of Authorization. 3.1 The term of authorization of shareholder’s voting power under this Agreement shall be from the effective date of this Agreement to the date of [VIE]’s dissolution.
Term of Authorization. The membership application for dues deduction as agreed upon between Education Minnesota – OSSEO and the School Board will be filed with the payroll department by Education Minnesota – OSSEO.

Term of Authorization. Authorization for EM-O AESP active membership will be through a properly submitted application with EM-O AESP. The Union will provide the School District payroll department with a list of all current active members on payroll deduction prior to September 20 of each school year, including the total amount of dues to be deducted for the school year.
Term of Authorization. The term of authorization of the powers and rights to the Proxy hereunder shall be the same as that of the Service Agreement executed between the Proxy and the OPCO.
