Temporary Time. Limited Employees – a TLT will be hired at Step 1 and may 25 advance to Step 2 on the one-year anniversary of their hire date. Subsequent step increases may be 26 given annually on the date of hire.

Temporary Time. The building administrator will determine whether to offer temporary time on the basis of program consistency (e.g., working with the same student(s), same teacher or job responsibility) or by offering at the building site beginning with the employee with the highest seniority. If the time cannot be filled at the site, it will be offered District­wide. The District may fill the time with a substitute for the five (5) days while advertising District­wide or after it has been offered to all members of the bargaining unit and none apply. Temporary hours are recorded on a timesheet, are considered temporary and may or may not last until the end of the school year. Temporary time is only offered to substitute employees after it has been offered to all members of the bargaining unit and none apply.

  • Temporary Roads As necessary to attain stabilization of roadbed and fill slopes of Temporary Roads, Purchaser shall employ such measures as out- sloping, drainage dips, and water-spreading ditches. After a Temporary Road has served Purchaser’s pur- pose, Purchaser shall give notice to Forest Service and shall remove bridges and culverts, eliminate ditches, out- slope roadbed, remove ruts and berms, effectively block the road to normal vehicular traffic where feasible under existing terrain conditions, and build cross ditches and water bars, as staked or otherwise marked on the ground by Forest Service. When bridges and culverts are re- moved, associated fills shall also be removed to the ex- tent necessary to permit normal maximum flow of water.
