Temporary Roads. As necessary to attain stabilization of roadbed and fill slopes of Temporary Roads, Purchaser shall employ such measures as out- sloping, drainage dips, and water-spreading ditches. After a Temporary Road has served Purchaser’s pur- pose, Purchaser shall give notice to Forest Service and shall remove bridges and culverts, eliminate ditches, out- slope roadbed, remove ruts and berms, effectively block the road to normal vehicular traffic where feasible under existing terrain conditions, and build cross ditches and water bars, as staked or otherwise marked on the ground by Forest Service. When bridges and culverts are re- moved, associated fills shall also be removed to the ex- tent necessary to permit normal maximum flow of water.

Temporary Roads. The Requesting Party shall obtain temporary easements for access roads which are necessary for construction, but not for future operation and maintenance of, the New Facilities. NMPC shall concur with respect to any temporary roads being acquired versus permanent roads. If any disagreements occur with respect to the type of road being needed, NMPC’s decision shall be final. In the event NMPC determines that permanent roads will not be required for operation and maintenance (including repair or replacement), easements for temporary roads shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred to NMPC by the Requesting Party.

Temporary Roads. The Company and the Landowner shall reach a mutually acceptable agreement on the location of any temporary roads on the respective Landowner’s property to be used for access to or along the ROW throughout the phases of the Project. Any temporary roads shall be designed by the Company so as not to affect surface drainage and shall be constructed to minimize soil erosion both on and because of the temporary roads. No fill shall be placed in a wetland or stream without prior approvals or permits from respective local, state, and/or federal agencies or entities. Upon completion of the Electric Line project, temporary roads may be left intact through mutual agreement of the Landowner and the Company, unless otherwise restricted by local, state, or federal regulations. If the temporary roads are to be removed, the ROW upon which the temporary roads are constructed will be returned to their previous use(s) and restored to equivalent condition(s) as existed prior to their construction. All temporary access roads that are removed shall be ripped to a depth consistent with Item No. 20.
Temporary Roads. The Contractor shall provide where directed all temporary access routes, tracks and paths necessary for the execution of the Works, including making good when no longer required.
Temporary Roads. Prior to constructing any lay-down areas, shop facilities, parking areas or temporary work roads into and at the site of the Work, Contractor shall prepare and submit to Owner's Representative for approval a plan for the location of such facilities. Contractor shall secure, also, Owner's Representative's approval for any additional temporary facilities that subsequently may have to be construed from time to time. If any facility is constructed without Owner's Representative's written approval, Owner's Representative may require its movement or removal at the Contractor's expense. Approvals of Owner's Representative to such plan and such additional temporary work roads shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor assumes all responsibility for the maintenance of property and roads surrounding or adjoining the Work.
