Temporary Housing Expenses. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be reimbursed (i) on a monthly basis for the reasonable costs incurred by Executive in obtaining temporary housing in the vicinity of the Company’s offices in Allegan, Michigan, and (ii) for all reasonable costs incurred by Executive in obtaining hotel accommodations in the vicinity of the Company’s offices in Ireland during periods in which Executive is performing services from such Irish offices, in each case, in accordance with the applicable Company policy.

Temporary Housing Expenses. For up to six months from the Effective Date, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable temporary housing expenses (the "Temporary Housing Expenses"). The Temporary Housing Expenses shall be pre-approved, in writing, by the Company prior to the Executive incurring such Temporary Housing Expenses. The Executive shall submit for reimbursement proof of payment pursuant to a process to be established between the Executive and the Company.
Temporary Housing Expenses. In recognition of the fact that Executive has sold his home and his family has relocated, the Company shall reimburse Executive for up to $3,000 per month in temporary housing expenses. In addition, the Company shall provide Executive with two round trip airplane tickets per month to visit his family.

If the Employee voluntarily terminates his Employment prior to the first anniversary of his Employment start date, then the Employee agrees to repay a pro-rata portion of the Payments equal to the full amount of the Payments less 1/12 of the Payments for each full month of Employment completed.
Temporary Housing Expenses. To the extent necessary, upon the submission of satisfactory documentation, MX will reimburse Executive for temporary housing costs for up to six months following his relocation (which expenses may include renting Executive’s residence in Ridgefield from the relocation company that purchases such residence from Executive).
