HOUSING COSTS. Housing costs are billed by the University Cashier’s Office for each term. Costs are subject to change annually. Payments must be made in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Office deadlines. Failure to make timely payment of housing costs may result in termination of this Agreement by NC State University, resulting in immediate removal from the housing facility. Students have the option to set up a payment plan through the University Cashier’s Office.

HOUSING COSTS. Housing Costs, as defined herein, are billed by the NC State Cashier’s Office to the Resident at the beginning of each term. Housing Costs are subject to change annually and are determined by the House Corporation in its sole discretion. Payments must be made in accordance with NC State Cashier’s Office deadlines. Failure to make timely payment of Housing Costs may result in termination of this Agreement and may prevent the Resident from enrolling in classes or from graduating. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to limit any and all other charges (“Additional Charges”) that the GRK Organization or the House Corporation may impose upon the Resident separate from the Housing Costs, including, but not necessarily limited to, meal plans, chapter dues, and other fees. Such Additional Charges shall be subject to separate billing from the GRK Organization or House Corporation, and would not be billed by the NC State Cashier’s Office. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure to pay any Additional Charges as and when such charges become due may result in termination of this Agreement.
HOUSING COSTS expenses associated with rental accommodation for Long Term Advisers and any accompanying dependents, supported by lease and rental receipts. Long Term Advisers with spouses or partners who are already in receipt of an expatriate accommodation allowance will not be eligible to reimbursement for Housing Costs. Accommodation costs cannot be used to supplement the purchase of assets, therefore DFAT will not contribute to Contractor Personnel mortgages;
HOUSING COSTS. Eligible housing costs must be paid directly to a third party on behalf of the household. Rent payments may not be made directly to the eligible household. Please note, Commerce expects that, when other short-term subsidies are available for emergency housing, securing housing costs, and move-in costs, that these subsidies are used before CBRA funds.
HOUSING COSTS. JVC Northwest will pay the rental costs and other housing costs for JV community houses directly to landlords on behalf of the JV AmeriCorps member.

HOUSING COSTS. The student agrees to pay the full academic year of residence hall housing and all associated fees for the said period, as found on the Department of Resident Life website. Students whose Housing Agreement is accepted a&er the first day of the Agreement term will begin to incur prorated semester fees on the date of the acceptance of the Agreement. Students who are released from the Agreement will be billed prorated occupancy fees until the date they remove their items from the assigned room and return all assigned keys. Students who change rooms during the semester to a room with a different room fee rate will pay prorated fees for the period in which they live in each assigned space. Housing and Dining plan charges will be sent to the studentʼs university account approximately one month before the beginning of each semester. A student who is provided a room assignment a&er initial housing and dining charges have been sent to accounts will be charged during the next billing cycle. Students are responsible for their housing and dining plan charges as billed unless a credit or release is offered by the University. In these cases, appropriate prorated charges will be reapplied to the studentʼs account. Students who want to appeal the accuracy of the housing charges on their student account must contact Resident Life within 30 days of checking out of the residence halls or at the end of the Agreement term, whichever comes first. Questions regarding dining plan charges must be directed to the Department of Dining Services. All appeals and questions must be submitted in writing to the departments of Resident Life or Dining Services, as appropriate.
