Television Motion Pictures. For Costume Department Coordinators employed on television motion pictures, the Employer shall make aggregate contributions to the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund, the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund and the IATSE Annuity Fund in the amount of $123.00 per day ($127.00 per day effective September 29, 2019 and $132.00 per day effective October 4, 2020). Such amounts shall be allocated among the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund, the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund and/or the IATSE Annuity Fund as follows: For the period September 30, 2018 through September 28, 2019, $64.50 to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund; $45.50 to the United Scenic Artists Local 829 Pension Fund and $13.00 to the IATSE Annuity Fund. For the period September 29, 2019 through October 3, 2020, $1.00 of the $4.00 per day increase shall be allocated to the IATSE Annuity Fund and the remainder of the increase shall be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2019. For the period October 4, 2020 through September 30, 2021, $1.00 of the $5.00 per day increase shall be allocated to the IATSE Annuity Fund and the remainder of the increase shall be allocated by mutual agreement of the bargaining parties on or before July 31, 2020.

Television Motion Pictures. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours, but less than twelve (12) hours worked shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s regular basic hourly rate. All work performed after twelve (12) hours worked shall be paid at double the employee’s regular basic hourly rate. All work performed on the sixth consecutive workday in excess of twelve (12) hours worked shall be paid at double the employee’s regular basic hourly rate. All work performed on the seventh consecutive workday in excess of fourteen (14) hours worked shall be paid at two and one-half (2½) times the employee’s regular basic hourly rate.
