Music. You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Act 2015. This Agreement confers that permission.
Music. Due to the close proximity of the Martin Johnson House to the local neighborhood, strict sound restrictions are in place. Although music (both live and recorded) are allowed, the music must be contained at an acceptable sound level so as not to disturb the local surrounding area. Music may be played outside of your venue, up to a decibel level of 85. Your Special Events Manager can assist you in setting the proper sound level and verifying with a dB meter. Sound levels indoors may be played up to 95 dB. Any complaints from neighbors or other parties may require these levels to be reduced further.
Music. When an item of Product has been scored, if requested by the Administrative Agent, deliver to the Administrative Agent within a reasonable period of time after such request (i) written evidence of the music synchronization rights, if any, obtained from the composer or the licensor of the music and (ii) copies of all music cue sheets with respect to such item of Product.
Music. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.20(g), all non-dramatic music rights (so-called "small rights") contained in the A Films are (i) available by license from American Society for Composers, Authors and Publishers ("ASCAP"), Broadcast Music Inc. ("BMI") or SESAC, Inc., (ii) in the public domain, or (iii) controlled by Orion or another Entertainment Company directly or through licenses.
Music. The Hirer undertakes to satisfy any requirements under performing rights for the performing or playing of live or recorded music. Any Hirer who intends to play music or have a live band agrees to inform Methwold Parish Council in writing at the time of booking. The Hirer undertakes to ensure that all noise is kept to a level such that neighbours of the premises are not unduly disturbed. The Hirer agrees in any event to terminate all loud noise on the premises at 11.30pm.
