Music. You must have our written permission for performance of live music and the playing of recorded music under the Deregulation Xxx 0000. This Agreement confers that permission.

Music. Music, and/or any other noise, must be kept at a level that it cannot be heard in the surrounding homes in the area. The renter of the Clubhouse will be responsible for seeing that there are no loud noises from the guests either coming to or leaving the function at the Clubhouse.
Music. Due to the close proximity of the Scripps Seaside Forum to the local residential neighborhood, strict sound restrictions are in place. Although music (both live and recorded) is allowed, the music must be contained at an acceptable sound level so as not to disturb the local surrounding area. Music may be played outside of your venue, up to a decibel level of 75 until 8 p.m., but must be contained inside the building after 8 p.m. South doors to the main auditorium may not be propped open after 8 p.m. while music is being played. Your Special Events Manager will assist you in setting the proper sound level and verifying with a decibel meter. Sound levels indoors may also be played up to 75 decibels. Bands may be set up inside the main auditorium or on the south side of the lobby only. Any complaints from neighbors or other parties shall require these levels to be reduced further.
Music. Shall cease at 12:00 midnight. The doors at the back of the Center MUST always remain closed, as it is located in a residential area.
Music. Music is not licensed hereunder. Any charges, fees or royalties payable for music rights or any other rights not covered by this Agreement shall be additional to the Royalties and covered by separate agreement.

Music. MBA must approve the playing of any music within the Exposition Facility which shall be strictly limited to certain Premium Island booths. The playing of music and any other form of sound amplification that has not been expressly ap- proved by MBA is strictly prohibited.
Music. When an item of Product has been scored, if requested by the Administrative Agent, deliver to the Administrative Agent within a reasonable period of time after such request (i) written evidence of the music synchronization rights, if any, obtained from the composer or the licensor of the music and (ii) copies of all music cue sheets with respect to such item of Product.
