Minimum Personnel: Second Unit. On Second Unit shooting, the Producer will engage at least one (1) First Assistant Director and one (1) Production Assistant in the AD Department and at least one (1) Location Manager or Assistant Location Manager in the Locations Department, however requirements for the shooting of inserts and plate shots can be separately determined in consultation with department heads.

Minimum Personnel: Second Unit. On a Second Unit shoot, the Producer will engage at least one (1) First Assistant Director, and one (1) Trainee Assistant Director in the AD Department and at least one (1) Location Manager in the Locations Department. Beyond this, the minimum personnel will be determined in accordance with Article AT15.08 and provided that the main unit xxxxxxx is not reduced without the mutual consultation and agreement between the Producer and the affected department heads. AT15.07 Varying the Minimum Personnel Article AT15.02, AT15.03, or AT15.05 may be varied by written agreement between the District Council and the Producer in the form of a letter of variance. Whenever possible, the highest ranking Guild Member in each department (except a Permittee), shall be consulted in advance with respect to varying personnel requirements in their respective department. For the purposes of this Article, the Production Department shall be deemed to be three (3) departments consisting of Production Managers, Assistant Directors, and Locations personnel.

  • Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:

  • Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Additional Shifts 32.1 The Employer is committed to maximising its permanent workforce in line with its occupancy levels. The Employer will always offer additional shifts in the first instance to its permanent part-time staff where practicable. It will then offer additional shifts to its casual or bank staff, where applicable.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.   • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Non-allowable Grant Expenditures The Grantee agrees to expend all grant funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures, incorporated by reference (dated February 2011), which are available online at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx_xxxxx. In addition, the following are not allowed as grant or matching expenditures:

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: Rank Effective 9/1/2016 Professor $77,510 Assoc. Professor $62,520 Asst. Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.
