Telephone Line Number Calling Cards. Upon request by an AT&T Customer or by AT&T on behalf of an AT&T Customer, and effective as of the date of an end user's subscription to AT&T service (or such later date as such request is received), GTE will remove any GTE-assigned telephone line calling card number (including area code) ("TLN") from GTE's LIDB. AT&T may issue a new telephone calling card to such customer, utilizing the same TLN, and AT&T shall have the right to enter such TLN in AT&T's LIDB for calling card validation purposes.

Telephone Line Number Calling Cards. Upon rendering of a final xxxx by VERIZON for VERIZON Local Services to an end- user Customer who has subscribed to SPRINT resold Local Services, VERIZON shall remove any VERIZON-assigned telephone calling card number from the LIDB for such Customer’s VERIZON calling card issued in connection with that Customer’s local exchange service. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall preclude the marketing of VERIZON calling cards to these end-user Customers, subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 19 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

BellSouth will coordinate the disconnection of subscriber’s calling cards with MCIm to ensure that there is no time that a subscriber is without a calling card.

Telephone Line Number Calling Cards. Xxxx Atlantic shall maintain customer information for MCIm customers who subscribe to resold Xxxx Atlantic Local Service residential or business dial tone lines in Xxxx Atlantic’s Line Information Database (“LIDB”) in the same manner that it maintains information in LIDB on its own similarly situated end user customers. Xxxx Atlantic shall update and maintain, on the same schedule that it uses for its own similarly situated end user customers, the MCIm customer information in LIDB.

Pac-West may issue a new telephone calling card to such customer, utilizing the same TLN, and Pac-West shall have the right to enter such TLN in the LIDB for calling card validation purposes. U S WEST will assume responsibility for billing its calling card calls that appear before the card is terminated. Nothing in this section shall prohibit U S WEST from terminating calling card service to U S WEST customers who have been determined to be a credit risk, according to U S WEST's normal business practices.
Telephone Line Number Calling Cards. Sprint shall maintain customer information for CLEC customers who subscribe to resold Sprint local service dial tone lines, in Sprint's LIDB in the same manner that it maintains information in LIDB for its own similarly situated end-user subscribers. Sprint shall update and maintain, on the same schedule that it uses for its own similarly situated end-user subscribers, the CLEC information in LIDB. Until such time as Sprint's LIDB has the software capability to recognize a resold number as CLEC's, Sprint shall store the resold number in its LIDB at no charge and shall retain revenue for LIDB look-ups to the resold number. At such time as Sprint's LIDB has the software capability to recognize that the resold number is CLEC's then, if CLEC desires to store resold numbers on Sprint's LIDB, the parties shall negotiate a separate LIDB database storage and look-up agreement.
