REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES. 86.1 E911/911 Services. CenturyLink will use its standard Service Order process to update and maintain the CLEC customer service information in the Automatic Location Identification/Database Management System (ALI/DMS) used to support 911 services on the same schedule that it uses for its own retail End Users. CenturyLink will provide CLEC End User information to the PSAP. CLEC shall update its End User’s 911 information through the LSR process. CenturyLink assumes no liability for the accuracy of information provided by CLEC, and CenturyLink shall not be responsible for any failure of CLEC to provide accurate End User information for listings in any databases in which CenturyLink is required to retain and/or maintain such information.
