Training and Documentation. Upon request, and in our absolute discretion, we may provide all necessary training and documentation to enable you to properly operate, function efficiently, effectively use and commercially exploit the [Software Product]. We will charge you an hourly rate amount plus GST for any additional or extra work under this clause.
Training and Documentation. Any training or documentation necessary for an Authorized User to have full benefit of the Service shall be deemed included in the scope of the applicable SOW unless expressly excluded.
Training and Documentation. 8.1 P-COM agrees to and will provide to Siemens all updated technical documentation necessary for the correct installation, operation and maintenance of the Products and to be delivered to the customer together with the Products. The documentation will be issued in English and will be printed under Siemens label and brand name. Training and Documentation. A. Training In addition to any online tutorial training Supplier may make available, Supplier’s fee, unless expressly excluded, includes all costs for any and all training as agreed upon for the training of one (1) Authorized User trainer per order or SOW. In order to allow Authorized User the full benefit of the applicable Deliverable, the training will cover the use and operation of the Deliverable provided to Authorized User including instruction in any necessary conversion, manipulation, or movement of such Authorized User's data. Supplier shall provide personnel sufficiently experienced and qualified to conduct such training at a time and location mutually agreeable to Supplier and Authorized User. Available additional and optional training, and applicable pricing and discounts, are described in Exhibit B.
Training and Documentation. (a) Licensor shall provide training and support services to Licensee at the time, place and in the manner mutually agreed by the parties.

If requested by AILICEC, JETFAX shall provide training-in the manufacturing, operation, installation and maintenance of the Product to not less than three (3) employees designated by AILICEC, at no charge to AILICEC at a location in the United States designated by JETFAX and reasonably acceptable to AILICEC. AILICEC shall bear reasonable costs for travel, lodging and other reasonable expenses related to such training. The training shall be in such depth that AILICEC personnel so trained will be able to train other personnel to make, use, install and maintain the Product. JETFAX shall also furnish such trainees, at no charge to AILICEC, with copies of all manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and all other material required for the manufacture of and training concerning the Product.

Training and Documentation. BISYS agrees to provide Client's employees with training in the applicable EFT Services. Such initial training will be at no charge to Client and will, at BISYS' option, be provided at a BISYS training facility or at Client's location. Additional training sessions shall be held at BISYS training facilities from time to time for BISYS' then prevailing charges for such training. Client shall be responsible for all travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Client's employees in attending any such training sessions. BISYS will, in accordance with its normal procedures, provide Client with copies of all marketing and training materials relating to the EFT Services being purchased by Client hereunder which BISYS generally makes available to clients of such EFT Services.
Training and Documentation. 19.1 Airspan shall provide a single technical course in the English language for up to two (2) qualified technicians of Distributor during the first year of this Agreement. The training course so developed by Airspan shall be used to familiarize Distributor's technicians with the use and maintenance of Airspan Products. Training will be conducted at Airspan's facilities in Uxbridge, UK, unless otherwise agreed to by Airspan. The necessary instructors and training facilities will be provided by Airspan at no charge to Distributor. Distributor will pay all additional expenses of training including, but not limited to, travel and room and board. Additional training courses may be requested by Distributor at Airspan's then current rates for such courses.
